Advanced Selling Skills

This is the next stage on from the Principal Selling Skills course. It works on the basis that the individual has some good knowledge about the sales process and are looking to take this to the next stage by improving communication, presentation and negotiation.

Key Account Management

This covers how to actively manage and develop a territory and existing accounts. It is important to understand how to prioritise activity to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively. Learnings from this practical workshop can be immediately applied to existing accounts to enhance current skills and strategies.

Sales Management Skills

This is aimed at a sales manager or sales leader to help them get the best out of their sales team through effectively managing their sales performance. It will identify different managerial styles and how these impact on the sales team and provide strategies to monitor, coach and develop sales team members.
